Hi, I’m Veronika.

My path into psychology began with my own experience of therapy. Being on the client’s side helped me understand how meaningful it can be to have a space where you can be heard, understood, and supported.

Today, I work primarily with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). These approaches help us better understand our thoughts and emotions, develop a more accepting relationship with difficult experiences, and gradually move toward actions that reflect our values and the life we want to build.

I aim to create a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental therapeutic space. I’m a friendly psychologist, and this is closely connected to the values that guide my work: humanism, equality, curiosity, and an evidence-based approach to psychotherapy.

I’m also currently training in sexology and continue to develop my knowledge and professional skills.

A little note about languages: English is my second language. It is not perfect, but I continue learning and improving every day. I’m also learning Spanish, so if Spanish is your native language, we may be able to discuss some aspects of your experiences and feelings in Spanish as well.

A few facts about me:

I genuinely enjoy learning and continuously developing as a professional.

I’m passionate about Chinese novels.

I have personal experience of immigration.

And I’m a proud dog mom.
